Regulatory reporting on the legal and administrative procedures for the planning and development of theDelvina Thermo-power plant.The permits and authorisations required for the planning, construction and operation of the thermo-power plant are clearly identified. The site ofDelvina Thermo-power plant is decided, considering urban planning of the local area, geological and hydrological parameters of the terrain, environmental conditions and land use & land property assessments. These activities are performed during 2012 ? 2013.

Assessments reporton the legal and administrative procedures for the planning and development of the limestone-marble mining area in Melova area, Skrapar Municipality. The permits and authorisations are described respectively for the planning phase (Environmental Permit, Mining Permit etc.) and for the operational phase, by specifying the legal requirements and procedural steps for each permits, as pre-conditions for getting the Mining Permit, based on Albanian legislation in force. During the exploitation of the mining quarry, there are ongoingadministrative steps to be followed by the Client, which are clearly described in the assessment report, like regular reporting to the authorities (i.e. National Authority of Natural Resources, Ministry of Environment, the Authority for the Security and Emergency in the Mines, etc.), regular communication with local authorities, etc. The assessments report is accomplished by early 2012 and updated by 2017.

Comprehensive Assessment of all Health Safety Environmental (HSE) permits relevant for the planning, construction and operation phase of the TAP pipeline system.The comprehensive assessment has the matrix shaped HPR database. The register includes HSE elements related permits (i.e. technical / construction permits that contains HSE provisions); the HPR database is associated with an assessment of the Identification of Albanian legal framework for Health & Safety and Occupational standards and summary of key specific regulations, relevant for TAP project. The assessment is completed by 2011.

These activities are performed during 2013 ? 2014.

Assessment report on theIntegrated Permitting Concept specifically for the offshore section of TAP project development, including the overall legal requirements as per national legislation, EBRD standards and international technical standards followed by TAP AG based on the Host Government Agreement signed between TAP AG and Albanian Government. Any permits and authorisations are described in details, providing the relevant regulatory framework and administrative-procedural steps to be followed from TAP AG and Authorities, based on legislation in force. The Report is completed by 2015.

Comprehensive Assessment of the regulatory framework per Environmental Impact Assessment in a Trans boundary Context (ESPOO) Convention, considering that Albania signed the ESPOO Convention by early 1991. The assessment sets out the obligations of trans-boundary states to assess the environmental impact of certain activities at an early stage of planning of major projects like TAP project, under the consideration that these projects could possibly have significantenvironmental impact across boundaries. The assessment is completed by 2011.

Regulatory reportingon the administrative procedures with regard to the permitting activities in the framework of Environmental, Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) approval and ESIA Amendments approvalsin the framework of several modifications of TAP project (i.e. Access Road #444_New, Avoiding Mining Permit No.1577, Potom Rerouting, Access Road #460-3, Pipeline reroute in the Polena area, Pipeline Reroute in the Mbrakulla area; Pipeline reroute for avoidance of the Mining Concession Permit No.1437, located in Poli?an, Skrapar, Pipeline reroute in the V?rzhezha area; Access Road 405_1; ?orovoda Micro tunnel). These tasks are performed during 2015 - 2017

Regulatory reporting and accomplishment of the administrative procedures for the secondary permits in the framework of Construction Permits for different sections of Trans Adriatic Pipeline project, as well as preparing relevant applications: ? removal from the forest and/or pasture fund of the areas impacted from construction works and pipeline system installation, including all the sections of TAP project in Albania: i) access roads and bridges (several packages); ii) camps and pipe yards; iii) instalment of onshore sections and block valve stations; iv) compressor stations; v) offshore section; ? change of agricultural land status of the areas impacted from the construction works and pipeline system installation, including all the sections of TAP project in Albania. ? several approvals from public utilities with regard to the interferences of pipeline installation with public and private infrastructure (i.e. electric line, telephone line, water supply and sewage system, drainage and irrigation system, etc.); ? approvals from respective authorities for the crossings of pipeline system with rivers, national and rural roads, ? etc. These tasks are performed during 2014 - 2016
