Holds the Master degree on natural resources sciences, granted from Tirana Polytechnic University, Faculty of Geology and Mining, and the Master degree on Public Administration granted from Economics Faculty of Tirana University, under the patronage of Nebraska University; she is a senior adviser on energy and infrastructure concession and public, private partnership projects. She has a very good experience on energy, mining and infrastructure market regulation, and has given a great contribution on regulatory aspects of complex projects in Albania, like Devolli Hydropower, Ashta Hydropower, Trans Adriatic Pipeline, etc. She is specialised on project financing of energy projects. She has been a public officer in high positions of Albanian public administration until 2009; after that, she manages the private consultant company, MEI Business Consultancy ltd., very active in the fields of planning and development of energy, mining and infrastructure projects.
Holds the title of Doctor of Sciences and the Master degree in natural resources sciences granted from Tirana Polytechnic University, Faculty of Geology and Mining; he has a very good reputation in government and business circles as a senior adviser in mining and energy sectors. He has started his carrier as a Lecturer in Mining University, being the Deputy Dean for four years; then, more than 20 years’ experience in very high positions of politics and public administration being the adviser of Prime Minister, adviser of the Minister of Energy and Industry; and, during 2004 - 2009 he has been the General Director of the General Regulation Department in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy); from 2010 until now he holds the position of the President of the Company.
She is educated in Law and Economics and has the Master degree on Economics granted from Tirana University, Faculty of Economics and the Master degree on Private Law, granted from European University, Faculty of Law; she is the Project Manager on several projects undertaken from MEI Business Consultancy Ltd in different sectors of economy; she is a legal expert specialised on risk assessments and management for concession and public, private partnership projects. As a legal expert, she follows closely all the asignments of MEI with respect to the permitting activities and legal, administrative procedures to be followed by MEI on the behalf of its Clients.
He holds the title Doctor of Sciences and has a great experience on topographic and environmental surveys, as well as on the mapping and data elaboration on digital format. He is used to work as a lector in the Faculty of Geology and Mining and is the Technical Senior Expert in several projects undertaken from MEI Business Consultancy in the field of energy, mining and infrastructure setors.
She is
working on the PHD theses in the field of its expertise. She holds the certificate of
Environmental Expert and Expert for Property Assessment; she is the Project Manager at
BRIGAID, Albanian partner of National Territory Planning NTPA and a very close collaborator
of MEI Business Consultancy since 2010; she has managed several assignments undertaken
from MEI in the field of energy, land property and land use identification, forest and pasture
inventory, waste management and several environmental and social impact assessment
studies.
